A Space to Nourish Your Body and Connect with Community
As a nutritional therapist, one of the things I love most is connecting with people who are eager to feel better through food and lifestyle changes. That’s why I’m so excited to invite you to my new Breakfast Club at Manor Walk Wellness, starting Thursday 12th June at 9:30 AM.
This isn’t just another nutrition workshop, it’s a relaxed, intimate gathering where we share a light nourishing breakfast, enjoy a warm drink, and have friendly down-to-earth conversations about how to support your wellbeing. Whether you’re curious about gut health, feeling more energised, or just want some practical tips to improve your day to day health, this is the place to be.

Why start your day this way?
Mornings set the tone for the whole day. When you nourish your body with the right foods and take time to focus on your health, it’s amazing how much more energy and clarity you can have. But sometimes, it’s hard to know where to start and even harder to stay motivated alone. That’s why I want to create a welcoming space where we can learn from each other, share experiences, and build a supportive community.
This month’s focus: Balancing Energy
We all have days when our energy dips, or fatigue feels overwhelming. At the Breakfast Club, we’ll talk about realistic, easy to implement ways to balance your energy through food and lifestyle habits. No complicated rules, just practical advice you can fit into your life.
A Community Space with a Regular Rhythm
I’d love for the Breakfast Club to be a regular event, a warm, ongoing space where each session covers a different health and nutrition topic relevant to you. But it’s not just about the topics; I want to make sure there’s plenty of time for questions, sharing experiences, and connecting with others who are on a similar journey. Because sometimes, the best support comes from simply feeling heard and understood.
